Seven minutes between two stage entrances is not a problem. That is the work.
The Woman of the Year ceremony for Grazia magazine, official film premieres, red carpet, television productions. The places I have worked all have one thing in common: nobody can wait, and nothing can be done twice.
That is why my quote for an event looks like a plan rather than a description of a look — how many minutes per person, how many artists, who stands where and at what time.

Behind the camera — the whole shooting day
HD- and 4K-ready makeup for speakers, internal video, careers films and advertising. Touch-ups through the day are a separate line in the quote — deliberately. It is the first thing cut when a budget tightens, and the first thing regretted in the edit.

Podcast and in-house studio
More and more companies run their own podcast or record video every month. For them I work on a retainer — prepaid preparation for the speakers, with priority in my calendar. The guest sits down, looks rested, and the recording starts on time.
A package of five appearances, valid for twelve months — terms on request.
Starting prices are indicative and net of VAT. The exact price comes in a personal quote.

A speaker station for a full day is about 5 % of a mid-size corporate event budget. It is the line nobody sees in the accounts — but it shows in every photograph and on every screen.
For occasions that come round every year I set up an annual framework agreement — priority in my calendar, and no renegotiating each time.

The crew rule
- One artist per 3–4 people when the schedule is normal
- On a tight schedule — one artist per two people
- An assistant above 12 people a day
