Your whole team in one day, in your office, with the same look in every frame. I work at a separate station ahead of the camera — the photographer shoots without waiting.

## At a glance

- **17+** years
- **2000+** clients
- **5.0 ★** from 69 reviews
- **up to 26** people in one day

## The companies that think of this in good time

- **You are refreshing your team page** — Twenty photos, taken at different times, by different people, in different light — and not one of them fit to put in a presentation. One day settles it.
- **You are building your employer brand** — The careers page, the job ads, the team's LinkedIn profiles. The people who will choose you look at faces before they read the terms.
- **You have an annual report or a board** — Here the makeup is conservative, extremely precise and completely invisible — and that is the hard part.
- **You have hired five new people** — And you do not want to run the whole thing again. They come through one at a time, in the same style, on the same terms.

## Three ways to do it

### Portrait Day · Half

up to 5 hours · 8 people for business portraits, or up to 16 for flash

- **Price:** from €350
- **Includes:** Skin preparation and primer · Makeup matched to the camera and the lighting · Touch-ups between sessions · Light agreed with the photographer
- _On a tight schedule I add a second artist_

### Portrait Day · Full — MOST CHOSEN

up to 8 hours · 14 people for business portraits, or up to 26 for flash

- **Price:** from €590
- **Includes:** Everything in the half-day package · Mixed paces according to each person’s role · Touch-ups for the people already done · 30 min of setup before the first person
- _Over 14 people for business portraits — with a second artist_

### The Face of the Company

up to 3 people · 60 minutes each

- **Price:** from €290
- **Includes:** For managers and the faces of the brand · Two looks when they are needed · A touch-up after the first series of shots · Advice on what to wear on camera
- _Also possible for one person before an appearance_

### On-camera grooming

**This is not makeup.** Skin preparation, shine control, correcting redness and under-eye shadows, brow and beard shaping. Half your team is in suits and usually nobody has given them a thought — and the camera makes no allowances.

from €24 per person · 15 minutes · minimum 4 people. It also works as an add-on to a Portrait Day.

*Starting prices are indicative and net of VAT. The exact price comes in a personal quote, built on the headcount, the pace and the requirements.*

## Three speeds — and how many people fit into one day

### Full makeup · 60 min

The whole look, with no detail left out. For directors, the faces of the brand and the people on the cover of the annual report.

### Business portrait · 30 min

Foundation, brows, lips, light contouring and a soft eyeshadow. The pace of an ordinary portrait day.

### Flash · 15 min

Only what this particular person needs most — we decide that together in thirty seconds. For big teams, and for the men in them.

### How many people one artist covers

| Day length | Flash · 15 min | Business portrait · 30 min | Full · 60 min |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Half day (up to 5 hours) | up to 16 people | up to 8 people | up to 4 people |
| Full day (up to 8 hours) | up to 26 people | up to 14 people | up to 6 people |

*The numbers are for planning. The exact timing is confirmed in the quote. Sometimes it runs faster than the table says.*

For a team of twenty the usual mix is one full makeup — the director — five business portraits and fourteen flash. **That fits exactly into one working day with one artist.**

> **On larger projects I work with a team**
>
> I pick the artists myself and I have worked with every one of them before — I do not hire off a job ad. The schedule is built around your team's real pace and you receive it in writing before we confirm: names, times and who is at which station.
>
> You have one contact for the whole team — me.

## Corporate headshot makeup — how the day runs

### 30 minutes before the first person

**I arrive and set up the station.** I agree the light with the photographer before the first person from the team walks in.

### The first half of the day

**People come through on a schedule with names and times.** 2 to 4 people an hour, depending on the speed. One no-show in the running order costs the day two people — which is why the schedule carries names.

### Midway

**A touch-up for the key people.** The directors and the faces of the brand are photographed after a touch-up — not in makeup applied four hours earlier.

### After the last person

**20 minutes to pack down.** The station disappears and the room stays as it was. Both times are written into the quote, so your schedule has them.

## What I bring, what you provide

### I bring

- A full case of high-end cosmetics
- Brushes and single-use consumables for every person
- A mirror and portable lighting
- Disinfectants

### You provide

- A table and two chairs
- A power socket nearby
- About 4 sq m, by a window if possible
- Access to carry the case in

> **Hygiene — a section in my quote, not a detail**
>
> - Single-use applicators and sponges for every person
> - Decanting with a spatula — never straight from the pack onto a face
> - Disinfection with 70 % alcohol on pressed cosmetics and metal tools
> - Sharpening the pencils before every new person

## What I will ask you

I publish the questions in advance for two reasons. First — you can answer them all at once and get the quote with one round fewer. Second — you see exactly what I am counting before I give you a price.

1. How many people will go through makeup, and how many of them are men?
2. Which day, and in what time window — from when to when?
3. Where — address, floor, is there a lift and where can I leave the car?
4. Who is the photographer? Have you already talked about the light?
5. What are the photos for — the website, LinkedIn, the careers page, the annual report?
6. Is there a dress code or a set of company colours?
7. Is anyone sensitive-skinned, allergic or wearing contact lenses?
8. Will there be hair as well? By whom?
9. How will people move — on a schedule with names and times, or “whoever is free”?
10. Do you have a room with a power socket and, if possible, a window?
11. Who is my contact on the day, and on which phone?
12. By when do you need the quote? Is there an internal approval deadline?

*Not all of them are essential. If you do not know the answer to one — just skip it.*

## FAQ

### How many artists does a team of 20 need?

One artist for a full day covers twenty people if we mix the speeds. If you want all twenty on a business portrait, it takes two. Tell me your time window and I will give you an honest answer.

### What happens if the day runs long?

The hours on site are written into the quote, so both sides know when the day ends. If the schedule stretches, I stay on for an agreed hourly rate — the figure is settled in the quote in advance, not afterwards. If I have another booking after yours, you know that the moment we confirm.

### Do you work with a team on larger projects?

Yes. I pick the artists myself and I have worked with every one of them before — I do not hire off a job ad. You receive the schedule in writing before we confirm, and the contact for the whole team stays one person — me.

### Do you work with men?

Yes, and they are half of most teams. For men we usually do on-camera grooming — skin preparation, shine control, brow and beard shaping, with no visible makeup. It takes about 15 minutes per person.

### Do you issue an invoice? How is payment made?

Yes, I invoice the company after the service, and payment is by bank transfer on the terms in the quote. If your internal process needs a deposit, a purchase order or a specific payment term, tell me in advance and I will put it in.

### What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation terms are written into the quote and you see them before you confirm. If you tell me in good time, we look for a new date instead of cancelling. The date is held for you, which is why early notice matters on both sides.

### How do we account for the cost on our side?

I invoice the company for a service performed — you pay a supplier, not the employee, which is a cleaner arrangement than handing a voucher over in person. Even so, this is not tax advice: the final word belongs to your accountant, and I will prepare the paperwork so they have no questions.
