Makeup lessons are for your free time. This is about presence.
Business etiquette programmes cover clothing, dress code and first impressions — and stop at the neck. Leadership presence programmes work on voice, posture and communication, and deliberately leave appearance aside.
Between the two there is a gap, and your people are standing in it — in front of a camera on a video call, on a stage, in a company photograph, across the table from a client. This training covers that gap.
Makeup training for teams — three formats
Groups start at six people. I work with small groups, because in training everyone needs attention on their own face. Above sixteen people I bring an assistant.

Two variants for every format
With their own products. Everyone works with what they already own — and leaves with a skill they can repeat tomorrow morning. Before the session I send a list of what to bring. The starting prices are for this variant.
With my products and consumables. I provide everything — high-end cosmetics, brushes, and single-use applicators and sponges for each person. This suits a mixed group, or one that has not bought anything yet. Materials are charged per participant.
If you want everyone to leave with a makeup bag or a brush set — that is agreed in advance and added separately.
One look for the team
If you have an established brand identity and you want the people who represent it to look the same way, I write a standard for that look and train the team to deliver it themselves. The standard stays with you and works after I leave.

Masterclass · full day
Six hours, with a camera on the model’s face. 1.5 hours of theory and demonstration on screen, 4.5 hours of practice, and a final review for each person. A handbook and a certificate for everyone taking part.
