How can I book an appointment and how far in advance should I do it?
You can reach me through the contact form, a direct message on Instagram, Messenger, Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, email, or by phone. I recommend getting in touch as early as possible — especially for weddings, proms, or other major events.
How long does a makeup session take?
Usually between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the type of look. A trial session takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Artistic makeup may require more time depending on complexity.
Do you offer trial makeup and when should it be done?
Yes, I strongly recommend a trial — especially for brides. It should be done at least 1 to 2 months before the event, so you have time to evaluate the look, product performance, and how comfortable you feel.
Do you offer on-location services and what are the terms?
Yes, for bookings of at least 2 clients I can come to your location in Sofia. Outside Sofia, the minimum is 4 clients. There is a fixed travel fee of €26 / 50 лв. within Sofia, which is waived for bookings of 4 or more.
Can I show you inspiration from Pinterest or Instagram?
Absolutely! I would love to see what you like — it is a great way for me to understand your style and expectations. I will then adapt the idea to complement your features and personality.
How should I prepare my skin before the session?
Great skin is the foundation of great makeup. You will receive detailed skin preparation guidelines before the session, so everything is perfect on the day of the event.
Do you do makeup for others besides the main client?
Yes — I offer makeup for mothers, bridesmaids, friends, colleagues, and more. Group bookings must be arranged in advance.
How many people can you do makeup for at one event?
It depends on the event start time and the complexity of each look. Usually I can handle up to 5 or 6 people on my own. For larger events, I can bring an assistant.
Can you stay for touch-ups during the event?
Yes, I offer this as an additional service — €46 / 90 лв. per hour for weddings. I can stay through the photo session, the ceremony, or as long as needed.
Do you offer makeup for men?
Yes, but only as part of a package — for example, for the groom, best man, or professional photo shoots.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please let me know as soon as possible. Changes can be made up to 48 hours before the event. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred once to another booking.
How does payment work?
At the studio — cash or card. I can issue an invoice upon request. A deposit is required for larger bookings. For on-location services, payment is made via bank transfer with an invoice.
