How do I receive the gift card?
You contact me and either make a bank transfer or pay in person at the studio (cash or card). Within 24 hours you receive a PDF by email. Print it or forward it to the recipient.
What's the validity period?
3 months from issue date. Enough time to find a moment — but a real nudge not to postpone.
Can the recipient exchange the gift card for a different service?
Yes. If the chosen service isn't right for her, we exchange to another from the catalog up to the card value. Price difference is paid; credit is not refunded.
Can one gift card cover more than one service?
One gift card per service. For pairs/groups I can issue several — contact me for a discount on 3+.
What if she can't make it within 3 months?
Contact me before expiry. In most cases I can extend with reason — no refunds, but a grace period.
