Can the recipient exchange the gift card for a different service?
Yes. If the chosen service isn't right for her, we exchange to another from the catalog up to the card value. Price difference is paid; credit is not refunded.
Can one gift card cover more than one service?
One gift card per service. For pairs/groups I can issue several — contact me for a discount on 3+.

Contact me before expiry. In most cases I can extend with reason — no refunds, but a grace period.
