GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
for the use of the services of professional makeup artist Vessy Mineva

1. Parties to the General Terms and Conditions
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between:

and
ETA – Zheleva (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”),
UIC: 203271507,
registered office and management address: Sofia, Iztok district, Rayko Aleksiev St. 20,
jointly referred to hereinafter as the “Provider”,
on the one hand, and
the Client – a natural person who requests and uses the services of the Provider (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”),
on the other hand.
1.2. Depending on the specific organization of work, the service may be performed by me personally and/or through ETA “Zheleva” (e.g. for invoicing, accounting, studio management, etc.).
2. Scope of Application
2.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to:

all individual and group professional makeup services;
-
bridal, formal, daily, photo and stage makeup;
-
trial makeup sessions;
-
on-location services (at the Client’s address, travel outside Sofia, corporate events, etc.);
-
services provided in a salon/studio,
offered by the Provider, including when the services are requested via:
-
the website [website domain];
-
telephone, e-mail, social media;
-
chat applications (Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, etc.).
2.2. By sending an inquiry, booking an appointment, or using a service of the Provider, the Client confirms that they are familiar with and accept these General Terms and Conditions.
3. Information About the Services
3.1. Basic information about the offered services, indicative prices, and portfolio is published on the website and/or in the official social media profiles.
3.2. Information about services and prices is indicative. The final price and conditions are agreed individually with each Client, depending on:

type and scope of the service;
-
location (salon/studio or on-location service);
-
number of persons;
-
additional requirements (very early hours, travel outside the city, assistants, etc.).
3.3. The Provider reserves the right to change service descriptions and prices at any time. Such changes apply to future bookings and do not affect already confirmed appointments.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. General Rules
4.1.1. In order to ensure quality service, fairness, and security for all clients, reservations are managed according to the following rules. This policy applies to all engagements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.1.2. A change of date and/or time of a confirmed appointment may be made only once and no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
4.1.3. All payments related to bookings (deposit or full amount) are made by bank transfer.
4.1.4. Refunds (when applicable under this Policy) are made by bank transfer within 10 business days, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
4.1.5. A request for a date change after the deadline under item 4.1.2 or more than one change is considered a new booking and requires new payment according to current prices and conditions.
4.1.6. As a rule, no exceptions are made due to illness, travel, or other personal reasons, except in cases of force majeure as required by applicable law. In such cases, both parties will seek a fair solution.
4.2. Section I: On-Location Engagements
(weddings, travel outside Sofia, corporate events, full-day engagements, on-location services)
4.2.1. This section applies to services requiring full advance payment by bank transfer. An invoice may be issued upon the Client’s request.
1) Cancellation and Refunds
4.2.2. In case of cancellation by the Client:
-
Up to 7 days before the engagement:
– 100% of the paid amount is refunded. -
Between 7 days and 48 hours before the engagement:
– 50% of the amount is refunded;
– the remaining 50% is retained as compensation. -
Less than 48 hours before the engagement:
– 100% of the amount is retained;
– the engagement is considered fulfilled, as the date/time was reserved exclusively for the Client.
2) Change of Date and Time
4.2.3. A change of date and/or time:
-
may be made only once;
-
must be requested no later than 48 hours in advance.
4.2.4. Requests made later than 48 hours are considered cancellations and are subject to item 4.2.2.
4.2.5. The new date must be within 3 months of the original date, unless otherwise agreed.
3) Cancellation by Vessy Mineva / the Provider
4.2.6. If the Provider must cancel due to extraordinary or objective reasons (illness, accident, force majeure):
-
100% of the paid amount is refunded;
-
an alternative date or time is offered when possible;
-
a voucher or additional courtesy may be offered at the Client’s request.
4.2.7. Refunds are processed in accordance with item 4.1.4.
4.3. Section II: Salon Appointments Requiring a Deposit
4.3.1. To secure a date and time for certain salon services, the Client pays a 50% deposit by bank transfer.
1) Cancellation and Deposit Refund
4.3.2. Deposits are generally non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
4.3.3. The deposit may be transferred to another date only once, provided the change is made at least 48 hours in advance.
2) Change of Date and Time
4.3.4. A change may be made only once, no later than 48 hours in advance, and the new date must be within 3 months.
4.3.5. If the Client requests a late change or a second rescheduling, the deposit is forfeited and the appointment is considered used.
3) Cancellation by the Provider
4.3.6. If the Provider cancels an appointment for which a deposit was paid:
-
100% of the deposit is refunded;
-
an alternative date/time is offered when possible;
-
an additional courtesy may be offered.
