Short Terms & Conditions – Vessy Mineva Make-up Artist
This text is a summarized version of the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
In case of discrepancy or dispute, the full Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy prevail.

1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to all clients booking makeup services with Vessy Mineva Make-up Artist, including:

• In the salon/studio, and

• For weddings, off-site engagements, events, and travel outside Sofia.

Service administrators and personal data controllers are myself as an individual and ETA “Zheleva.”

2. Booking and confirmation
Appointments can be booked via:

• Phone, email

• Instagram/Facebook

• Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram

An appointment is considered confirmed when:

• I explicitly confirm the date, time, and location, and

• For services requiring a deposit or full prepayment – once the amount has been received via bank transfer.

3. Payment
All deposits and advance payments are made via bank transfer only.

Invoices can be issued by ETA “Zheleva” if needed.

Refunds (when applicable) are made via bank transfer within 10 business days, using the same payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy – Short version

General rules

• Rescheduling is allowed only once and up to 48 hours before the appointment.

• Changes after this period or a second reschedule are considered a new booking with new payment.

• Exceptions for illness, travel, or personal reasons are generally not allowed, except in force majeure situations (extraordinary legal circumstances), where fair solutions will be sought.

4.1. Off-site appointments
(Weddings, travel outside Sofia, corporate events, full-day engagements, and on-location services)

• Full payment is required via bank transfer.

Cancellation by client:

• Up to 7 days before the date → 100% refund

• Between 7 days and 48 hours before → 50% refund; the remaining 50% is kept as a commitment for the reserved date

• Less than 48 hours before → 100% is kept (date/time blocked for you)

Rescheduling:

• Allowed only once, up to 48 hours in advance

• The new date must be within 3 months of the original

• Requests for rescheduling later than 48 hours → considered cancellation according to the rules above

Cancellation by Vessy Mineva:

• 100% of the amount received is refunded

• Alternative date/time is offered when possible

• Voucher or complimentary service may be offered

4.2. Salon appointments requiring a deposit
(often: proms, special events, high-demand periods)

• A 50% deposit is required via bank transfer.

Cancellation by client:

• Deposits are generally non-refundable, regardless of reason

• Can be transferred to another date only once, if done at least 48 hours in advance

Rescheduling:

• Allowed once, up to 48 hours before the appointment

• New date must be within 3 months of the original

• Requests for rescheduling later than 48 hours or second reschedule:

  • Deposit is lost

  • Appointment is considered used

Cancellation by Vessy Mineva:

• 100% of deposit refunded

• New date/time offered; complimentary service if possible

5. Health, allergies, and minors
Please inform me about:

• Allergies to cosmetics or ingredients

• Skin issues, inflammations, infections

• Recent procedures (peels, lasers, etc.)

If makeup could worsen your condition, I reserve the right to refuse or modify the service for safety.

• Intentional nondisclosure of allergies/conditions → I am not responsible for any reactions if professional products and standard techniques are used

Clients under 18:

• Parental presence or written consent may be required, especially for strong/evening makeup or photoshoots

• For clients under 14, bookings and personal data processing require parental knowledge and consent

6. Photos and personal data
I may offer photos/short videos before or after makeup:

• For portfolio, website, social media

Publishing photos where you are recognizable only with your explicit consent.

Your personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and GDPR.

I use Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, and Telegram only for correct communication and booking.

Do not send detailed medical documents via chat apps.

7. Important
Booking an appointment means you are familiar with and accept these summarized terms.
