How can I book an appointment, and how far in advance should I do it?
Contact me through the contact form, a direct message on Instagram, Messenger, Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, email, or by phone. I recommend reaching out as early as possible – especially for weddings, proms, or other major events. This way, you’ll secure your preferred date.
How long does a makeup session take?
Usually between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the type of makeup. A trial session takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Artistic makeup may take longer, depending on the complexity of the chosen look.
Do you offer trial makeup, and when is the best time to schedule it?
Yes, a trial makeup session is highly recommended – especially for brides. It’s best to do it at least 3–4 weeks before the event, so you have time to evaluate the look, the durability of the products, and how you feel wearing the makeup. If you decide you’d like to try a different look, we can always schedule another trial. You’ll leave the appointment with a complete makeup look. Many clients combine their trial with another special occasion – a photoshoot, hen party, or dinner.
Do you offer on-location services, and what are the conditions?
Yes, for bookings of at least 2 makeup applications I can come on location within Sofia.
Outside Sofia, the minimum package is 4 makeup applications.
There is a fixed travel fee of 50 BGN within Sofia, which is waived for 4 or more makeups.
For weddings and large events outside Sofia, an additional travel fee is calculated based on travel time.
For destination weddings and events, we discuss the details in advance, after which I provide a personalized price offer.

Absolutely! I’d love to see what inspires you – it’s a great way for me to understand your style and expectations. I’ll then adapt the idea to best suit your features and individuality.
How should I prepare my skin before makeup?
Beautiful skin is the foundation of great makeup. You’ll receive detailed guidelines for preparing your skin before your session, so everything will be perfect on the day of your event.
Do you do makeup for people other than the main client?
Yes – I also offer makeup for mothers, bridesmaids, friends, colleagues, and more. For group bookings, it’s essential to make an advance request so we can schedule the time properly.
How many people can you do makeup for at one event?
It depends on the start time of the event and the complexity of the makeup looks. I can usually do makeup for up to 5–6 people on my own. For larger events, I can bring an assistant.
Can you stay for touch-ups during the event or photoshoot?
Yes, I offer this service for an additional fee – 90 BGN per hour for weddings. I can stay for the photoshoot, until the start of the ceremony, or for as long as needed. For photoshoots and other projects, I provide individual quotes.
Do you offer makeup for men?
Yes, but only as part of a package service – for example, for the groom, best man, or for professional photoshoots when I’m also doing makeup for other participants.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
I understand that sometimes plans change. Please contact me as early as possible so we can respond in time and reschedule your appointment if possible. Changes to your booking can be made up to 48 hours before the event. The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied once to another appointment if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance.
How is payment made, and do you provide a receipt?
Payment on site at the salon is made in cash or by card. An invoice is issued upon request. For larger engagements, a deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The deposit can be transferred by bank.
For engagements outside the salon, payment is made exclusively by bank transfer, with an invoice issued by a VAT-registered company.
